You will be able to relax and unwind in our delightful victorian Keswick Guesthouse, meticulously restored to encapsulate its original character and ambience. Our centrally located bed and breakfast accommodation in Keswick, the heart of the Lake District offers high quality, recently decorated and well equipped rooms.
Our mission is to create and maintain a real ‘home from home’ atmosphere, ensuring that everyone who visits our b&b has an enjoyable break to re-charge the batteries. At our comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation, you will find a warm and friendly welcome, in pleasurable surroundings and a relaxed atmostphere.
The setting of our Keswick Guesthouse, in a quiet street with breath taking views of surrounding Lake District fells, is ideally placed to discover the charm of Keswick market town with all its attractions and amenities. Cafes offer a continental feel, you can sip your cappucino whilst watching the world go by a mere 2 minute stroll from our doorstep. Nearby are the lakes of Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite and many popular walking routes can literally be started from the front door of our keswick guest house.
As outdoor enthusiasts and keen walkers ourselves, we are well placed to provide invaluable assistance on planning your stay in the Lake District. We have spent many enjoyable years exploring Keswick and the surroundings that encompass the Lake District, be it on foot, cycle or by car, and have acquired a wealth of experiences and knowledge to share with you, our guests, and enable us to help you make the most of your visit to our b&b.
Enjoy an award winning hearty home cooked breakfast in our light and airy dining room, prepared with only the finest locally sourced products, and then relax in our newly decorated Guest Lounge. At the Guesthouse we have supplies of walking books, magazines and maps and ample information on lake district attractions and if you are planning a celebration, just give us a quick call, and we can organise flowers, chocs or bubbly on your arrival at the b&b within a budget to suit all pockets.
Our Guesthouse also offers daily weather reports, free WIFI, boot drying facilities, off road cycle and motorbike storage and don't forget your flask, we will fill it for free.
Our guest house has negotiated a deal with a local restaurant to offer guests up to 10% off a main meal and/or a free glass of wine. We can also offer discounts on tickets at Theatre by the Lake and the Keswick Launch (ferry) which runs throughout the year.
